Sierra Therm LTCC batch furnace
SINTERING SOLUTION FOR 200MM AND LARGE VOLUME FIRING OF LTCC ASSEMBLIES
Did you know that HiDEC plans to add a batch elevator furnace to its LTCC capability? This system provides a sintering envelope 457mm deep, 457mm wide and 609mm high. This asset will allow for the firing of large volume production devices. Staff has already begun a breakdown of the system to evaluation current operation with plans to bring in a local subject matter expert to create a new Furnace Monitoring System Software that either matches the controller on the ThermoScientific furnaces and a new version to replace the current one on an old PC.
